Bobby Deol (Vijay Singh Deol) could not impress in his first film 'Barsaat'. But assets in the form of good looks and a good deal of patience slowly led him to the path of success. He waited for time to pass and refused dozens of films till Kareeb happened. Kareeb may not have created box-office records but Bobby's talent was noticed.
